About Us
We are students in the Asian/Chinese American History initiative of AACS (www.asianamericancivicscholars.com; instagram #civicasians). One project we've been doing is to study, clean, archive, and eventually help preserve the Chinese graves in Valhalla Cemetery, located in St. Louis on St. Charles Rock Road. Our group began to fundraise to help document and preserve that history.

Min Liu
Dr. Min Liu is a Professor in the College of Arts and Sciences at SIUE. She is active in the St. Louis AAPI community and founded AACS with a few Chinese American high school student leaders. She continues to grow this group with new cohorts of leaders.
